What to Do and See at METALCON 2024
New Tech Machinery’s ConceptQ

There will be a lot of new and exciting products and concepts on the show floor at METALCON 2024 – that’s part of what makes the event so alluring to those in the industry.
But there’s one booth you’re not going to want to miss: New Tech Machinery’s booth #1925. New Tech will be unveiling their new concept machine – the ConceptQ – that features 12 new concepts designed based on operator feedback.
The ConceptQ will give you a glimpse into the future of portable rollforming. Note that the machine is a prototype and it and its features are not currently for sale.

Sheffield Metals Educational Demos
Members of the Sheffield Metals’ Technical Department will also be participating in educational demos Wednesday and Thursday as part of the Metal Construction Association’s (MCA) Metal Mastery event. Sheffield will be participating in their demos during the following dates and times:
These courses will cover metal roofing best practices, including how to choose the right metal roofing system for your project, how to plan your panel layout when dealing with roof penetrations, and installation techniques for perimeter detailing and common penetrations. The demonstrations will be led by John Sheridan, from Sheridan Metal Resources, and a team of experts. Demonstrations will be offered in English and Spanish.
Speed Networking

For those looking to get as many contacts as they can, METALCON will be a hosting a speed networking event designed to maximize your connection opportunities.
The speed networking event will be held Wednesday, October 30, from 3:00 to 4:00pm at the Exchange area in the METALCON Exhibit Hall.
Design District for Architects
Looking to get more information on the architectural side of metal roofing? The Design District at METALCON 2024 is the perfect place for anyone looking to further their architectural knowledge and integrate cutting-edge design trends into their projects.
Interactive workshops and courses in the Design District will be led by top voices in the industry throughout METALCON.
