Sheffield Metals expands its Florida presence with a larger Plant City facility, offering enhanced capabilities, products, machinery, and customer support.
The move to a new facility expands Sheffield Metals’ capabilities and support for customers throughout Florida and the Southeast.
PLANT CITY, FLORIDA – Sheffield Metals International (SMI), a leading manufacturer and distributor of coated and bare metal products for the standing seam metal roofing and wall systems industry, is pleased to announce its move to a nearby Florida facility in Plant City.
The new facility provides Sheffield Metals with additional space and upgraded capabilities to better serve contractors, manufacturers, architects, and other customers throughout Florida and the surrounding region.
The move reflects SMI’s continued investment in its customers and commitment to providing reliable access to metal roofing materials, technical expertise, and responsive local service.
The Plant City branch offers Sheffield Metals’ extensive selection of metal roofing and wall system products, including painted and bare metal coils and sheets, accessories, machinery, and other solutions for residential and commercial metal roofing applications. The new facility will also have a machinery showroom featuring an NTM portable rollforming machine.
“Our move into a larger facility, along with the addition of new equipment, marks an exciting next chapter for our Florida team and the customers we serve,” Daniel Rodriguez, Sheffield Metals Florida Branch Manager, said.

The new facility is part of Sheffield Metals’ broader effort to upgrade its capabilities and provide customers with the materials and support they need.
